We ship between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once shipment leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Pre-Order Shipments will take longer than the shipping options listed down below, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy or the description of the item you purchased AND shipping options listed for your delivery estimate. For example, if you are pre-ordering a Silky Straight Bundle from our Virgin Collection it will take 1-2 days for our manufactuer to process the order, 3-5 days to ship to our facility and 1-3 days to ship to you with Priority Shipping.

Available during Business Hours:

Monday: 9am-5pm

Tuesday-Friday: 3:30pm-9:30pm

Saturday: 3:30pm-7:30pm

No Returns, Refund and/or Exchanges

Currently, our hair extensions such as bundles, wigs, tape-ins, clip-ins etc are Pre-Orders/Made to Order. These items are not on hand yet but will be in the near future. In the mean time please be mindful that your order can take a day to two weeks to process depending on the item and 3-5 days to be shipped to our facility. You can find the processing time in the description of each item.
